Cancellation Policy

ALL requests for cancellations or changes must be informed in writing via email to info@kecamps.com*Our refund deadline is March 1st unless otherwise specifically stated on your camp's webpage.

Refunds

Cancellations made by March 1, 2024 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee and credit card surcharge (if applicable)).  If you do not submit it in writing by March 1, 2024, you will be responsible for all fees, as space is limited.

Post-March 1, 2024 Cancellations

In order to receive credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for the following summer, you must submit your cancellation request by the day before your scheduled week of camp (Sunday by 11:59pm for M-F camps, and Monday by 11:59pm for T-F camps).

Missed Days for Weekly Rate Camps

There will be no make-up days or credit provided for missed days at weekly rate camps, unless a doctor’s note is provided.  If a doctor’s note is provided, we can offer a pro-rated credit to be used towards a future week (if space is available) or for the following summer.

Missed Days for Daily Rate Camps

If a request to cancel is made the day before the start of the camp day at a daily rate camp, we can offer a credit for the day to be used towards a future day (if space is available) or for the following summer only if a doctor’s note is provided.

Credit Utilization

Credits are non-transferrable and can only be used by a camper on the Household Account.  Credits may be used in the year they were given or the following year.  After that, they expire.

Special Exceptions

If a camper has an unexpected injury or illness after March 1, 2024 which prevents them from attending camp for the duration of the 2024 season, we will always start by offering a credit for the following summer.  In order to receive a refund (less the registration fee and credit card surcharge (if applicable)) for an unexpected injury or illness, a doctor’s note must be provided that clearly states the camper will not be well enough to attend camp.  Should you have questions or concerns about this policy, please reach out to the KE Camps office to discuss.
