Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Yakima Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged with Camp YCC in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Yakima Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 4 - 12
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $25 per week. If you would like to purchase this option, you may do so during online enrollment. Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child.
A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. So, you may add additional weeks as the summer goes on. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by June 20, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
Hi, campers this is Teresa and my fifth year as the KE Camps Director at Yakima Country Club. I can’t wait for camp to begin.
This year, I have been working toward my Elementary Education Certification. Prior to that, I coached soccer and basketball in my community and I worked as a supervisor at the YMCA's before and after-school programs before closures due to COVID-19.
A few fun facts about me are that I am a Graduate Gemologist, which means I studied precious gemstones and I make jewelry in my spare time. When I was 12, I owned a horse named Fling. I love crafts, gardening, camping, animals, and being outdoors.
My favorite thing about camp is Wacky Wednesday. Every Wednesday, we have a special theme where we dress up and do activities related to that particular theme. This summer, campers can expect Deep Sea Dive, Superhero Campers, and Camp Olympics, to name a few! Thankful Thursday is the KE Camps way to give back to our communities through Alex’s Lemonade Stand and several other charitable organizations. Swimming, disc golf, tennis, and STEM challenges are a few other of our weekly camp highlights. Some of our favorite Camp YCC traditions every summer are gardening, making up skits or songs, and of course, our Camp Iron Chef cooking challenge. So, campers, get ready for countless rounds of Mushroom Ball and obstacle course fun this summer!
I can’t wait to see you at camp!
