The Sponsoring Member will not be charged with Camp YCC in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Yakima Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 4 - 12
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Activities
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $25 per week. If you would like to purchase this option, you may do so during online enrollment. Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child.
A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Packing List
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2022 is now open to Club Members and their Guests. You must be enrolled in advance in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $42 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at info@kecamps.com. Cancellations made by June 19, 2022 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.

Meet Your Camp Director

Dear Camp Families,
My name is Teresa and this will be my sixth summer with KE Camps as camp director at Yakima Country Club. I can't wait for camp to begin!
Currently, I am student teaching in a second-grade classroom at Terrace Heights Elementary School. I can't wait to have my own classroom in the Yakima Valley in the fall. I have also coached soccer and basketball in my community and worked as a supervisor at the YMCA before and after-school programs while going to school for my degree in Elementary Education. I love working with kids because they are funny, have boundless energy, are curious, love learning, and just being around them makes me happy. I enjoy kids, crafts, gardening, camping, animals, and being outdoors.
Every Wednesday at camp we have a special theme, where we dress up and do themed activities all day long. The summer campers can expect Camp Olympics, Music Mania, and Mad Scientists...just to name a few. I am also looking forward to giving back on Thankful Thursday through Alex's Lemonade, Kindness Rock, and our annual relay-a-thon. We also have our camp tradition of gardening and tie dye!
I can't wait to see you all at camp!
