Junior Sports Camp

All campers must be at least 4 years old by September 30, 2026. In addition, campers must be fully potty-trained.

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.  The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Camp is a place to un-plug!  Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should wear the camp uniform and sneakers each day.

Camp Uniforms: 

Uniform orders will begin April 1, 2026. Members will be billed on their club account for all orders. To place your camp uniform order, click here.

Registration information for 2027 will be coming soon! 

To ensure your child is included and fully prepared for the week, we strongly urge families to register by 9:00am EST on the Wednesday before each week of camp begins. You must be enrolled in advance in order to attend camp. 

Full payment is due upon registration.  This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $25. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.  Please click here for more details.

After-Care:

After-Care is available from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for $27 per camper after Junior Sports Camp has ended. Please note: to register your child for After-Care, you will need to fill out the After-Care & Lunch Bunch Form for each day you wish to have your child participate in After-Care. This form must be filled out before 9:00 AM the day of enrollment. When registering your child for After-Care, you are automatically signing your child up for Lunch Bunch, provided by and charged separately by the Club. You may enroll your camper through the WCC app or website under the Junior Programs category.

The $27 fee is broken down as follows:
KE Camps After-Care: $15.00 charged by KE Camps
Westhampton Country Club Lunch Bunch: $12.00 charged by WCC

A Note about our Camp License

Junior Sports Camp is licensed by the Suffolk County Health Department. We follow all New York State Children’s Camp Licensing guidelines. Please click here for further information.

The State Health Department requires a record of immunization OR letter stating the medical or religious exemption reason to be collected before your child may attend camp.
