Our camp offers the unique balance of a traditional day camp experience in the convenient and familiar setting of the country club. This is a one-time non-refundable fee per child per summer.
Club Registration Requirements
Enrollment for Junior Sports Camp is for children and grandchildren of Westhampton Country Club members only. House Guests must be registered under the same Household Account as their sponsoring Member (guests may attend only attend for 1 or 2 weeks of the summer).
WCC Monday Night Kids Nights
While the camp season unfolds this summer, Westhampton Country Club has put together fun events for kids and teens of all ages to enjoy! This summer, WCC will feature fun evening events on select Mondays. WCC has planned a dance, BINGO night, and a movie night, to name a few! Please check the WCC Club Calendar for the events planned this season.
Age Range: 4 - 13
All campers must be at least 4 years old by September 30, 2025. In addition, campers must be fully potty-trained.
Activities
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

We are excited to announce the return of Thankful Thursdays into our camp program! In true camp spirit, every Thursday campers will have the chance to give back to their community by working together on a simple, fun and rewarding community service project. Packing List
Camp is a place to un-plug! Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should wear the camp uniform and sneakers each day.
Camp Uniforms:
The uniform order form will open on May 1, 2025.
Uniforms need to be ordered by June 14, 2025. Members will be billed on their club account for all orders.

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2025 will open to Club Members on January 10, 2025 at 10:00am EST soon and will continue until we are full.
You must be enrolled in advance of each week, however, in order to attend camp.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $25. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing. Please click here for more details.

AFTER-CARE:
After-Care is available from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for $22 per camper after Junior Sports Camp has ended. Please note: to register your child for After-Care, you will need to fill out the After-Care & Lunch Bunch Form for each day you wish to have your child participate in After-Care. This form must be filled out before 9:00 AM the day of enrollment. When registering your child for After-Care, you are automatically signing your child up for Lunch Bunch, provided by and charged separately by the Club. You may enroll your camper through the WCC app or website under the Junior Programs category.
The $22 fee is broken down as follows:
KE Camps After-Care: $10.00 charged by KE Camps
Westhampton Country Club Lunch Bunch: $12.00 charged by WCC
Cancellations & Refunds
ALL requests for cancellations or changes must be informed in writing via email to info@kecamps.com by June 1, 2025, unless otherwise noted.

A Note about our Camp License:
Junior Sports Camp is licensed by the Suffolk County Health Department. We follow all New York State Children’s Camp Licensing guidelines. Please click here for further information.

The State Health Department requires a record of immunization OR letter stating the medical or religious exemption reason to be collected before your child may attend camp.
NY Camper Health Form Supplement
Download this health form, print, complete and fax or email back to us as soon as you can and definitely before camp begins. We will ask for some medical information about your child during the online registration process. In addition, NY state law requires that this supplement be on file for every camper. We thank you for your cooperation in getting this form to us in a timely manner.
