Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of The Muttontown Club you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Muttontown Day Camp in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows The Muttontown Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 4 - 11
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
A kid-friendly lunch will be provided by the club daily for every camper. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack.
A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. So, you may add additional weeks as the summer goes on. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available and your child's Health Form Supplement is received.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by July 4, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
My name is Jessima Ranney, and I am the new director at Muttontown Day Camp. I am so excited to meet you all!
I spent most of my childhood summers attending various camps – sports camps and STEM camps were my favorites! I then spent most of my high school summers working as a camp mentor and lifeguard. In college, I studied Marine Science but got to spend part of my summers working with kids at a conference center on the beach. After completing my undergrad and receiving a B.S. in Marine Science, I spent my first summer out of college doing what I knew and loved – can you guess?
Not surprisingly, I went back to camp! I worked as a STEM camp instructor and counselor. Since then, I kept falling into various roles working with children as a swim instructor, assistant camp director, outreach educator, and wildlife educator. At a certain point I discovered the great joy and fulfillment I received from working with kids, as an educator and mentor, and decided to pursue a career path in teaching! I am currently on path to receive a M.A. in teaching elementary education while teaching science at a charter school in Brooklyn.
As far as my favorite summer activities go (aside from camp), I LOVE the beach. I am a huge fan of swimming, snorkeling, and SCUBA diving in the ocean. I’m from Maine and we have a GORGEOUS and biologically diverse coastline. In my spare time I also enjoy jogging, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
I am INCREDIBLY excited for and looking forward to camp. Summer is a magical time for kids to take a break from school, get some fresh air, form life-long friendships, and have FUN.
