Shark Camp

This is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee, per child-per summer.

You have the option to purchase lunch from the club for $50 per week or bring your own.

Please note that if you are not a member of The Lake Forest Club, you must be sponsored and accompanied by a member in order for your child to attend camp. Guests must attend on the same days as their sponsoring member. Please have the name of this family and their club membership number on hand at the time of enrollment.  Accompanied Guests of Members may attend a maximum of 2 weeks per summer and may only be sponsored by one Club Member per summer.  Thank you for your adherence to this Club Policy. 

Multiple Child Discount

We will be happy to extend a 10% tuition discount to those families enrolling 2 siblings in the same week(s).  Please use the following discount code during online registration to take advantage of this savings: LFSIB 

All campers must be at least 3 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle an active program.

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.  The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $50 per week.  You may choose this option at the time of enrollment or plan to pack a lunch for your child each day instead. Regardless of which lunch option you choose, all campers will receive an afternoon snack provided by the club. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.

*Half-Day Campers:  The Half-Day program technically ends at 12:30PM, right before our lunch period.  Should you want your child to eat lunch at camp, he or she may stay for the lunch period which is 12:30PM – 1:00PM.  You may either purchase the lunch provided by the club or bring your own.  Please inform your Camp Director if you plan to have your child stay to eat.

Please note that we are a “Nut Aware” camp.  We ask that you do not send your child with any food that contains nuts.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INFORM US IF YOUR CHILD HAS ANY FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS.

Campers should dress in comfortable shorts, t-shirt and sneakers each day.

Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home.  Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration for Summer 2026 will open to Club Members on February 6, 2026 at 10:00am CST. Should space remain available, Guests of Members can register starting March 2, 2026. Registration will continue until registration closes on the Friday prior to each week of camp. You must be enrolled in advance in order to attend camp.

Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $25.  We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.

If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!

ALL requests for cancellations or changes must be informed in writing via email to info@kecamps.com. 

• For cancellations requested prior to June 1, 2026, families can choose either: 
  • 100% tuition credit (less registration fee and credit card surcharge (if applicable)) OR 
  • Monetary refund less $100 per camper, per week cancellation fee, and any registration fees or credit card surcharge (if applicable) 

• For refunds requested on or after June 1, 2026, families receive 100% tuition credit only (no monetary refund option)
