All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
Please pack a lunch for your child in a cooler or backpack along with a snack that he or she can have in the afternoon.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2022 is open and will continue until we are full. So, you may add additional weeks as the summer goes on. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $42 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by June 19, 2022 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Camp Families,
It’s me again, Melanie McGarry! I am beyond excited to be returning this year as the Director of KE Camps at ArrowCreek! A few summers back, I had a blast at camp and I cannot wait to start planning new activities and adventures for the campers this summer!
I love to get to know my campers and their families over the course of the summer and I love to let you all get to know me as well! I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. I am currently in my seventh year of teaching and my fourth year of teaching kindergarten! I love working with kids of different ages because I learn so much through their eyes. Kids see things and explore the world in different ways than adults do and by working with them, it allows me to see that all the time. I love watching a child when they have finally accomplished a goal that they have been working towards, like making Birdie in the swimming test after practicing all summer or finally earning the SMILE band bracelet that they were working towards throughout the weeks!
I had the best time at ArrowCreek during Summer of 2019! Some of my favorite things were Iron Chef Friday (the campers are super creative with their creations), Wacky Wednesdays (loved seeing the campers get dressed up!), Thankful Thursday (the campers really got into these, especially Alex’s Lemonade Stand), as well as water games and awesome science and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematic) projects! There were so many fun activities that we did and I cannot wait for all the ones that we are going to be doing this summer! The best memories are made at summer camp!
Can't wait to see you at camp!
