SLCC Day Camp

This is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee, per child-per summer.

You must a Club Member of St. Louis Country Club to enroll your child in camp.  Grandchildren may also be enrolled if they live outside a 150 mile radius of St. Louis Country Club.

All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.  The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all full-day campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.

Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp.   We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home.  Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration for Summer 2026 will open to Club Members on January 2, 2026 at 10:00am CST and will continue until registration closes on the Friday prior to each week of camp. You must be enrolled in advance in order to attend camp.

Full payment is due upon registration.  This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $25. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.

If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!

ALL requests for cancellations or changes must be informed in writing via email to info@kecamps.com. 

• For cancellations requested prior to June 1, 2026, families can choose either: 
  • 100% tuition credit (less registration fee and credit card surcharge (if applicable)) OR 
  • Monetary refund less $100 per camper, per week cancellation fee, and any registration fees or credit card surcharge (if applicable) 

• For refunds requested on or after June 1, 2026, families receive 100% tuition credit only (no monetary refund option)
