All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
I’m so excited to be back as director for the 2021 year! This will be my 5th year working with KE Camps, and I couldn’t ask for a more fun summer than one spent at camp with all of the campers. My favorite part of the camp experience is meeting all of the new campers and getting to see all of the campers from the previous years. I also really love getting to swim every day - being in the sun and the smell of sunscreen lets me know summer has arrived! One of the best parts of camp is seeing all of the campers that come week after week and watching their confidence grow in the pool and with every game we play. Many of our campers go from timid to confident during these summer weeks. It really is amazing and is what makes camp so much fun!
During the school year, I work as an aide in a special education classroom right here in El Dorado Hills; I have been doing this for ten years now. My job lets me help people who need it and I love watching the growth that happens in the classroom, just like the growth that happens at camp. My job allows me to be part of some really great experiences, and affords me the opportunity to pursue other interests as well. I work in a supportive environment and am lucky every day. I am also a student. After camp this year, I will be headed to Sacramento State to finish up my English degree so I can teach English to high school students!
When I’m not working or going to school, you can find me at home with my husband, my two daughters, who are high school and middle school aged, and a very spoiled cat. My family is amazing and keeps me smiling even when things get tough. We spend time camping, biking, and watching movies; we especially love all of the Marvel movies! We love to adventure together! Some of our more memorable moments recently are camping in Death Valley National Park, hiking around the American River in Cronan Ranch, baking sourdough, and enjoying the snow this past winter. Everyone in my family has decided to try learning a new instrument, I'm even trying to play the drums! I just can’t get enough of our fun and exciting times together!
I can’t wait for camp so we can spend a wonderful summer together and create new and amazing memories together.
