Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a member of Serrano Country Club, you must be sponsored and accompanied by a member in order to register for camp. Guests must be attending on the same day(s) as their sponsoring member.
Age Range: 5 - 10
All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Camp Families,
My name is Brianna and I get to be your camp director again this year! This will be my sixth year working at Camp Serrano. I’m very excited to get to know all of you and do all of the fun things that camp has to offer, but first let me introduce myself.
When I’m not at camp I work at the middle school in your neighborhood and at the same time I'm finishing my degree in English at Sacramento State so I can teach English at the high school. I hope you can tell that I love hanging out with kids. I think I learn more from them than they do from me! In the rare time off I have from school or work, I’m often riding my bike on the American River Parkway, camping in the desert and star gazing, or spending time watching movies and eating snacks with my family. I have two daughters, a spoiled cat and a loving and supportive husband. They are my favorite people and my life is happier because they are around.
I love coming back to camp every year! I look forward to making new friends and seeing friends from the previous years. My favorite part of camp is swimming and if I had a camp nickname, it would be Mermaid Mrs. Brianna. Some of the silliest and most fun things at camp happen in and around the pool and all of my best memories are full of the smell of sunscreen, chlorine and popsicles.
My absolute favorite food is cheeseburgers and I never ever leave home without my sunglasses. The best advice I’ve ever been given was to just relax, take a deep breath and then laugh about it. Most things work out just fine if you are a little more light-hearted.
I can’t wait to meet you all and make camp magical, with fun memories for everyone!
