Our camp offers the unique balance of a traditional day camp experience in the convenient and familiar setting of the country club. With a combination of outstanding amenities, exciting programming, and an experienced and energetic staff team, our structured and fun day camp will be the perfect place for your child.

We would be happy to add you to our Waiting List for any Sold Out week. Often, families need to make last minute changes to their registration and these cancelations could result in a space opening up for your child. There is no payment required if you would like to be added to the Waiting List. To add yourself, please use our online registration system to choose the weeks in which you are interested or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, your child's name, your phone and email and the week(s) in which you are interested.

Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Pine Lake Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp Pine Lake in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Pine Lake Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 4 - 10
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. Lunch & Snacks
You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $20 per week. If you would like to purchase this option, you may do so during online enrollment. Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child.
A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by June 20, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Dear Families and Campers,
My name is Devon Jain and I am the new director of Camp Pine Lake at Pine Lake Country Club! I’m looking forward to meeting you and having a fantastic time together this summer!
My passion has always been working with children, and I have done so since I was a kid myself! I attended many camps that allowed me to grow in the areas of responsibility, creativity, and leadership skills. I also became a camp counselor during high school and college because I wanted to help other kids have a great camp experience like I did. I am super excited to work with your family this summer to make sure your child has an amazing camp experience!
When it’s not summer, I teach third grade at Bain Elementary. I received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from UNC Charlotte, with a minor in Child and Family Development. During my summers, I worked with children of varying ages at day cares and summer camps. It brings me great joy to see children interacting and learning. They have so much to offer, and I work to inspire them each day to be their best selves. I’m looking forward to inspiring your child at camp with fun-filled activities!
I love to spend my free time with my family. My husband, Chris, and I have a one-year-old son, Cameron. We love to be outside, go to parks, attend sporting events, and hang out at the pool. I also enjoy reading and doing crafts.
