Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Oak Tree Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp Oak Tree in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Oak Tree Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 5 - 12
All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Activities
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Packing List
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2022 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $42 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at info@kecamps.com. Cancellations made by June 5, 2022 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.

Meet Your Camp Director

Dear Camp Families,
Hello! My name is Tiffany Tiller, and I’m back at Oak Tree this summer as the camp director! This is my second year and I’m looking forward to summer finally arriving! I’m excited about the pool, planning fun adventures, and making summer camp a positive and fun experience for all the kids. We have awesome counselors who work hard and develop such amazing bonds with the kids, making a week at camp that much more memorable and fun!
Currently I’m teaching preschool and it definitely keeps me busy. I love working with children of all ages and have worked with them since I was very young myself! It’s my belief they keep me young and they absolutely make things interesting. I like to say there is never a boring day when you’re with a group of kiddos!
Last summer was so much fun with tons of science, art, sports, general competitions, and so much more! I personally love that every week we do a community service project. I love teaching children about making the world a better place, and that we can all make a difference. Every week we give out “smile bands” which are our bracelets that are connected to special camp attributes such as leadership, inclusion, and enthusiasm! Smile Band ceremonies are always so much fun. We also have some amazing instructors who work alongside us to give our campers super fun and educational tennis and golf lessons! I’m excited to see some returning faces along with some new campers this summer. A week at Camp Oak Tree is sure to bring some joy and memories to your child’s summer!
See you soon!
Tiffany Tiller
About me:
If I had a camp nickname it would be: Queen Bee! I know how to run things, and I am insanely busy all the time!
Favorite Food: I love Thai food and carbs!
Fun Fact: I have two girls, ages 5 and 9.
Camp activity I'm most excited about: Science experiments! Want to make your own bouncy ball? Want to see how we can make a Ziplock bag inflate and pop?
