All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Camp Families,
My name is Jamie Swain, and I am so excited to spend this summer with you exploring arts and crafts, STEAM, drama, music, and so much more. During the school year, I am an upper grade teacher at Suisun Elementary School in Suisun City. I am proud of my classroom and students. In my classroom and in everything I do, I believe that every person is a learner no matter how they learn. My philosophy is that all can learn if they hold the confidence in themselves and try their best!
My background in education began when I lived in Germany on an Army base, where I worked in a child development center as a toddler classroom lead teacher. My family then moved to El Paso, Texas, where I was a student teacher for 5th grade and then went back to a child development center as a preschool lead teacher and later a trainer. During our stay in El Paso, I graduated with my bachelor's degree and then moved back home to Vacaville, CA. Working with kids of all ages is my passion and being able to learn from each other is a gift.
I am excited for camp because we will get to complete many different hands-on activities, meet new people, and have fun learning something new every day. I have many different activities planned that will allow campers the opportunity to explore new hobbies, and maybe find a new favorite activity!
See you soon!
