Activities
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch and snack for every camper each day.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Packing List
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2022 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $42 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at info@kecamps.com. Cancellations made by June 13, 2022 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.

Meet Your Camp Director

Dear Camp Families,
My name is Cassie Anderson and I am going to be the camp director at Medinah Country Club this summer. This is my sixth year working as a camp director with KE Camps. Previously, I worked at Itasca Country Club, but I am so excited to be at Medinah for the second summer! We will have a lot of fun.
Besides being a teacher, I am also a cross country coach. I fell in love with running when I was in high school and continued to participate in cross country and track through college. Running is one of my favorite hobbies. I try to run at least 5 days a week. I also enjoy reading and art.
I graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2014 with an elementary education major and a Spanish minor. I have taught second grade, third grade, and fourth grade. I have taught in a general education and a bilingual classroom. I am currently a third-grade bilingual teacher in St. Charles and am finishing up the eighth year of teaching.
At camp, we will participate in a variety of activities, like art, sports and STEM. I love working with children and helping them learn and try new things. I cannot wait for summer 2022! I look forward to meeting you all.
See you soon!
Cassie Anderson
