Camp Maple

There is a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $45 per child which includes 2 camp shirts. These shirts will be shipped to your home about 10 days after you enroll (and no sooner than March 1st).  

For families enrolling very close to the camp start date, we are so excited to have you (!), however, this timing means that your shirts may not reach you before for your camper's first day. If this is the case, your camper can wear any green shirt to camp.

You have the option to purchase lunch from Maple Ski Ridge for $40 per week or $9 per day or bring your own.

Camp is for children entering Grades K - 8.

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.   The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by Maple Ski Ridge for $40 per week or $9 per day.

If you would like to choose this option, you may do so at the time of enrollment. Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child.

Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp.   We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts.   Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts.   If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week.  Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home.  Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration for Summer 2025 will open April 1, 2025 at 12:00am EST.  

You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available and your child's Health Form Supplement is received.

You can either pay in full at the time of enrollment or choose an installment plan ($45.00 deposit due to enroll and remaining balance split into 7 equal, pre-determined payments). This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $45 which includes 2 camp shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.  Please click here for more details.

A Note about our Camp License:

Camp Maple is licensed by the Schenectady County Health Department. We follow all New York State Children’s Camp Licensing guidelines. Please click here for further information.

The State Health Department requires a record of immunization OR letter stating the medical or religious exemption reason to be collected before your child may attend camp.
