Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Lords Valley Country Club you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member and receive prior approval from the club in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp LVCC in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Lords Valley Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2022 is open and will continue until we are full. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $42 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Camp Families,
My name is Nick Sumner and I can’t wait for camp to get started this summer! This will be my first year with KE Camps at Lords Valley, but I have been a camp counselor with KE Camps at Saratoga Golf & Polo Club for the past 3 years and have loved every second! When I am not at camp, I am studying to become a school counselor at the University of Scranton, and I will be starting graduate school in the fall.
KE Camps has been one of the biggest reasons I decided to become a school counselor, and I hope everyone loves camp as much as I do! Seeing everyone together at camp having a safe and fun summer - swimming in the pool and going to golf and tennis lessons - is exactly what we all need right now!
For hobbies, I love to go golfing, hiking, try new things around the area, and spend time with my friends and family (and of course, my dogs)!
I can’t wait to share this summer with you all!
If I had a camp nickname it would be: Mr. Optimism
Favorite Food: Watermelon
Fun Fact: I have been able to solve a Rubik's Cube since I was 10!
I never leave home without: My Water Bottle
Camp activity I'm most excited about: Swimming!
