Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Laurel Creek Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp Laurel Creek in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Laurel Creek Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Laurel Creek Country Clubs’ policy allows guests to enroll their child/children in our summer day camp for one summer season only. If your child/children were enrolled last year and interested again for 2022, please contact Patty Fagan, Membership Director at pfagan@laurelcreek.org to learn about membership options.
Age Range: 4 - 10
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Activities
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Packing List
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2022 is open to Club Members and their Guests. You must be enrolled in advance in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available and your child's Health Form Supplement is received.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $42 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at info@kecamps.com. Cancellations made by June 26, 2022 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.

Meet Your Camp Director

Hi KE Campers and Families!
I currently work as a kindergarten teacher at Riverbank Charter School of Excellence. My experience with children goes far beyond the classroom. I have worked at after-school programs, preschools, and summer camps for children of all ages since graduating with my degree in Elementary Education in 2012. In previous years, I also coached soccer classes for Little Kicks, which has helped me see how much I love staying active, playing fun and silly games, and teaching children in a cooperative, engaging, and FUN way!
I am SO excited to be back for my fifth summer as your KE Camps director at Camp Laurel Creek! My name is Sarah Sanchez and I am more ready than ever for an exciting and memorable summer with all of you! For those of you who don’t know me, I was the original camp director at Laurel Creek, but took last summer off to get married! This makes me even more excited to return this summer. I can’t wait to see you all, and to meet those of you who will be new this year!
Something that excites me the most about the summer is playing Capture the Flag! This has been a Camp Laurel Creek tradition since day one for our counselors and campers that always gets each and every kid excited and involved! I love that no matter the age, ability, or size of the camper, every single one can join in on this thrilling camp classic! Working with children has always been a passion of mine – I love their eagerness to learn and care-free, warm-hearted character that flourishes during all of our camp fun! Now that you know a little more about me, I can’t wait to learn more about you!
Can't wait to see you all soon!
