In order to register your child for HCC Kids Camp, you or the child’s grandparent must be a member of Huntington Crescent Club.
Age Range: 4 - 9
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2022 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available and your child's Health Form Supplement is received.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $42 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by July 5, 2022 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Camp Families,
Hello to new friends, and welcome back to returning campers! My name is Chelsea Chizever, and I am so excited to return for another KE Camps summer!
Currently, I am a 4th grade teacher, working to complete a masters in TESOL at Hunter College. This will be my second summer as a director for KE, but previously I have been a camp director and supervisor for nine years! I have always loved working with kids, learning new games, and encouraging team work, and creativity in my classroom and at camp! I look forward to creating new Wacky Wednesday activities, as well as following our camp traditions such as Thankful Thursdays. We will have a great time getting creative and giving back to our community.
In my free time, I love to read, dance, sing, and play several musical instruments! I also love being outside, staying active, and of course – playing kickball! I cannot wait to incorporate some of these activities into our camp days. I am very excited to meet all of you this summer, and see some familiar faces as well! So, get your sunscreen, backpack, water bottle, and swimsuit ready! I will see you soon!
See you soon!
