Activities

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.  The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Payments, Cancellations, Refunds

Registration & Payments

Registration for Summer 2023 will open on January 30, 2023 at 10:00am EST and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available and your child's Health Form Supplement is received.

Full payment is due upon registration.  This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $42 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.

If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!

Cancellations & Refunds

ALL requests for cancelations or changes must be informed in writing via email to info@kecamps.com.  Cancelations made by May 1, 2023 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee and credit card surcharge (if applicable)).  If you do not submit it in writing by May 1, 2023, you will be responsible for all fees as space is limited.  We will however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for the following summer.

Form Downloads

Don’t forget to take a look at the important camp forms below.

The State Health Department requires a record of immunization OR letter stating the medical or religious exemption reason to be collected before your child may attend camp.

Parent Manual

Be sure to read this manual for important and specific details about camp.

NJ Camper Health Form Supplement

Download this health form, print, complete and fax or email back to us as soon as you can and definitely before camp begins. We will ask for some medical information about your child during the online registration process. In addition, NJ state law requires that this supplement be on file for every camper. We thank you for your cooperation in getting this form to us in a timely manner.

Authorization to Administer Medication Form

Should your child require any medication during the camp day (including an Epi-Pen or Inhaler), we ask that you complete this form and send it directly to our office or hand it to your Camp Director on your child’s first day of camp.
