Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Fargo Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with The Day Camp at FCC in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Fargo Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 4 - 10
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each morning and afternoon to all campers.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by June 13, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Hello Campers and Families,
My name is Caitlyn Pfaff and I am the new director of The Day Camp at FCC. I cannot wait for camp and I hope you are just as excited!
I am currently enrolled in Minnesota State University Moorhead’s TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) program with a CA/L endorsement, which allows me to teach K-8 Language Arts. I hope to teach overseas in Southeast Asia when I graduate, and then peruse my Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction once I’m back stateside. Previously, I have worked as an academic coach with a local nonprofit to underprivileged youth in the Fargo/Moorhead area. It was an amazing opportunity to coach local youth and have an impact in their personal and academic lives. My favorite part about working with children is watching them discover new topics that fascinate them. Fostering a positive, fun, and safe environment to discover new ideas is critically important for children, and I strive to create such an environment with any child I work with.
I have been working with children since the age of 16 and have been involved in the camp setting in multiple ways: a camper, a junior counselor, a senior counselor, and now as a camp director! My earliest camp memory was when I was four, singing camp songs, laughing at the counselor’s skits, and eager to begin the day. With my previous camp experiences, I understand how precious summer is to children, which is why I hope to make your children’s camp experience as amazing as possible. I can’t wait to get outside and have some fun in the sun and provide a summer that campers will never forget!
Outside of school, I enjoy reading in the sun, playing with my dogs, Bentley and Brewtus, cuddling up and watching anime with my boyfriend and my cat, Belba, and discovering new languages (I’m currently working on learning Japanese!). My favorite weekend activities include discovering new places to eat, spending way too much time on jigsaw puzzles, and cooking new recipes!
I look forward to meeting you this summer! Happy camping!
