Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of The Club at New Seabury, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp New Seabury in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows The Club at New Seabury to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 4 - 10
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
Please pack a lunch and an afternoon snack(s) for your child in a cooler or backpack on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Fridays, a pizza lunch will be provided.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by June 27, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Hello Campers and Families,
My name is Carin Scanlon and I will be the new director of Camp New Seabury at The Club at New Seabury this summer. I look forward to meeting you all when camp begins, but until then, here is a little background about me.
I have always enjoyed being with children for many reasons; they are simply fun to be with, they are funny, and there is no judgement. I actually started out as a nanny at the age of 18 and have been happiest when working with kids at all age and development levels. I am currently a paraprofessional in a public school on the South Shore. The children I work with range in age from kindergarten to fifth grade. In addition to my paraprofessional position, I also provide home services to children on the Autism spectrum.
Each spring, I volunteer for Hanover Special Needs Athletic Partnership (SNAP). SNAP is a program that provides athletic and recreational activities for children and young adults with different abilities and special needs. My main purpose is to help the kids by keeping them on task when they are playing either soccer or basketball.
In past summers, I have worked with children at a town recreation camp. Here, the children spent time outdoors doing different activities such as team-based sports from kickball to whiffle ball, as well as activities that were done individually such as arts and crafts.
Some fun facts about me are: I have a Cockapoo called “Mookie”, I’m also a hairdresser, and I love crafting. In my down time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my two boys (ages 19 and 16).
I’m a believer that camp should be the type of place a child never wants to leave and is excited and eager to come each day. With that said, I am really excited about my new position at Camp New Seabury and can’t wait to spend time with you all making fun memories at camp! So, get ready…I’ll see you soon!
