Club Registration Requirements
You must be a Member of Canoe Brook Country Club to enroll your child or grandchild in camp.
Age Range: 4-12
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Activities
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch and snack for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Packing List
Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:
All children under the age of 7 will use the Snag golf equipment.
Payments, Cancellations, Refunds
Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2025 will open to Club Members on January 21, at 9:30am EST and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available and your child's Health Form Supplement is received.
You can either pay in full at the time of enrollment or choose an installment plan ($500.00 deposit due to enroll and remaining balance split into 3 equal payment). We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
ALL requests for cancellations or changes must be informed in writing via email to info@kecamps.com by June 1, 2025, unless otherwise noted.
