The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Kamp Bentwater in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Bentwater Yacht and Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.

Age Range: 4 - 12

All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.

Activities

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.  The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Golf: 1 recreational group lesson each week
Tennis: 1 recreational group lesson each week
Swimming: recreational swim time in the club’s pool each day
Arts & Crafts
Group Games
Fun with Foods
Yoga: 1 group lesson each week
Fitness: 1 group lesson each week
STEM Challenges
Fishing

Wacky Wednesdays

Thankful Thursdays

We are excited to announce the return of Thankful Thursdays into our camp program! In true camp spirit, every Thursday campers will have the chance to give back to their community by working together on a simple, fun and rewarding community service project. Check out this summer’s Thankful Thursday Calendar!

Full payment is due upon registration.  We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.

If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!

Cancellations & Refunds

ALL requests for cancelations or changes must be informed in writing via email to info@kecamps.com.  Cancelations made by May 1, 2023 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee and credit card surcharge (if applicable)).  If you do not submit it in writing by May 1, 2023, you will be responsible for all fees as space is limited.  We will however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for the following summer.
