The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp Bent Creek in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Bent Creek Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 5 - 11
All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. So, you may add additional weeks as the summer goes on. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by July 11, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
My name is Mariadeliz Ralat, and I am your new director at the Camp Bent Creek! I am excited to meet you and to start having a fantastic time this summer!
An interesting fact about me is that I have grown up going to different camps through my church community and through that experience, I have established everlasting friendships even to this day! I believe that those fond memories led me to give back and provide those same experiences as a day camp counselor and a camp director that served campers in poverty-stricken areas. I understand that camp is a time in which children create great memories, engage in fun and stimulating activities, and develop friendships that can last a lifetime, and that is what I intend to do!
Because I am very keen on helping, fostering and building relationships with people, I pursued my B.A. in Psychology and obtained my M.S. in School Psychology. Currently, I am a practicing school psychologist who advocates for students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional well-being by providing them with services that help them become successful, become confident in their abilities, and empower them to reach for the stars! The most rewarding and fulfilling part of my job is making an impact through building rapport and fostering positive relationships with both adults and children. Because these experiences continue to ignite my passion for serving others, I cannot wait to make this an unforgettable summer, filled with stimulating activities, excitement, and most of all, lots of FUN!
Outside of work, I enjoy cuddling with my dog (Teddy-Bernard), going on nature hikes with my boyfriend, going to the pool and the beach (I love water), gardening, playing board games with my family, singing, going to church, and spending times with my friends. I also love traveling and visiting different places and meeting new people!
I am excited to be your director, and I look forward to meeting each and every one of you this summer!
