Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Bent Creek Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp Bent Creek in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Bent Creek Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:
Payments, Cancellations, Refunds
Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2022 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $42 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by July 10, 2022 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Camp Families,
My name is Jessica Burkett, but you may call me Miss Jess! I cannot wait to meet you and spend countless hours of fun together at Bent Creek this summer!
I have been an elementary school teacher in the Manheim Township School District for twenty years now. I’ve taught every grade from second through sixth, and currently teach third grade at Bucher Elementary. I’ve done all of my bachelor’s and master’s degree work at Millersville University. While I was getting my bachelor’s degree, I was the supervisor at a summer camp in Lititz for 4 years. I loved my time spent with the children, and think summer camp is one of the very best things kids can experience in order to stay happy and healthy during the summer time!
I have always loved working with kids, and love to provide children with memorable, safe, fun-filled experiences that will be sure to keep them interested and excited for the next day to come. I love being outdoors and soaking up summer sun, and then cooling off in the pool…it’s such a treat!
See you soon!
If I had a camp nickname it would be: Princess Sparkle
Favorite Food: Scallops on salad, soft pretzels, and mushroom pizza…yum! I love to cook too, and have fun experimenting with new flavors from Central Market.
Fun Fact: I love traveling on the train to Philadelphia! I go every other weekend, and love the culture, history, museums, food, and skyline. It’s my absolute favorite place to be! Another fun fact is that I actually got married at Bent Creek…it was beautiful!
I never leave home without: My water bottle. The icier, the better!
Best advice I've been given: “Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.” - The 14th Dalai Lama
Camp activity I'm most excited about: Outdoor activities! I can’t wait to spend time outside with you, playing games, swimming, and seeing your golf and tennis lessons!
