Plantation G&CC Day Camp

This is a one-time per summer, per camper non-refundable fee that covers the administrative costs associated with registration and includes 1 KE Camps hat.   

You have the option to purchase lunch from the club for $50 per week or bring your own. 

If you are not a Club Member of Plantation Golf & Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp.  The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Plantation G&CC Day Camp in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor.  This policy allows Plantation Golf & Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.

All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.  The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $50 per week.  If you would like to purchase this optional lunch, you can do so at the time of enrollment.  Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child in a cooler or backpack.  Regardless of which lunch option you choose, all campers will receive an afternoon snack provided by the club. 

Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp.   We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts.   Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts.   If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home.  Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack: 

Registration for Club Members and Guests of Members will open on December 7, 2026 at 10:00am ET. 

Registration will remain open only while space is available. To ensure your child is included and fully prepared for the week, we strongly urge families to register by 9:00am ET on the Wednesday before each week of camp begins. You must be enrolled in advance in order to attend camp.

Full payment is due upon registration.  This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $45 and 1 KE Camps hat. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.

ALL requests for cancellations or changes must be informed in writing via email to info@kecamps.com. 

• For cancellations requested prior to June 1, 2027, families can choose either: 
  • 100% tuition credit (less registration fee and credit card surcharge (if applicable)) OR 
  • Monetary refund less $100 per camper per week, cancellation fee and any registration fees or credit card surcharge (if applicable) 

• For refunds requested on or after June 1, 2027, families receive 100% tuition credit only (no monetary refund option)
