All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.  The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Please note: There will be no formal, Club Pro led golf or tennis sessions during the weeks of 7/27 and 8/03.  KE Camps Staff will lead golf and tennis activities.

The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch and snack for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack.  We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.

Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp.   We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts.   Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts.   If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Collared shirts for golf and tennis whites are not required for camp sport instruction. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home.  Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack: 

All children under the age of 7 will use the SNAG golf equipment.

Registration will remain open only while space is available. To ensure your child is included and fully prepared for the week, we strongly urge families to register by 9:00am EST on the Wednesday before each week of camp begins. You must be enrolled in advance in order to attend camp. 

You can either pay in full at the time of enrollment or choose an installment plan ($500.00 deposit due to enroll and remaining balance split into 3 equal payments).  We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  We encourage all families to pay via ACH as all credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.

Any Parent requests for cancellations and/or session changes shall be made in writing to info@kecamps.com.

If a cancellation is received prior to June 1, 2027 preceding the session for which the Camper is registered, then tuition shall be refunded.

If a cancellation is received on or after June 1, 2027 preceding the session for which the Camper is registered, then tuition shall not be refunded but a credit shall be issued which may be used in the same summer or in the following summer. If the credit is not used in the summer in which it is issued or in the following summer, then the credit shall expire. 

In all cases, the registration fee and credit card surcharge (if applicable) remain non-refundable.

The State Health Department requires a record of immunization OR letter stating the medical or religious exemption reason to be collected before your child may attend camp.
