Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of The Club at Rancharrah, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp Rancharrah in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows The Club at Rancharrah to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 5 - 11
All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Activities
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:
Thankful Thursdays

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Packing List
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Meet Your Camp Director

Dear Camp Families,
My name is Fran, and I hope you are as excited as I am about camp this summer! This will be my second year working at KE Camps, but I am brand new to Reno, NV. I recently made a move from Sacramento, CA but I have been so happy to call this new city “home”.
I am a 5th grade teacher, and I also really enjoy working with the younger ages as well! I am anxiously awaiting bringing my classroom activities with me this summer, and I really do think it will be an amazing time.
When I am not in the classroom, or hanging out with young minds, I am typically hanging out with my cat or taking walks at the Sparks Marina! I am still learning my way around town so if you know a “fan favorite” sushi restaurant, let me know!
I wasn’t lucky enough to go to camp when I was younger, so I truly enjoy letting my inner child out at camp with all of you! I cannot wait for all the Wacky Wednesday themes because dressing up will truly never get old. I also LOVE any way that I can get outdoors, so we will be taking in the beauty of our camp as much as possible. I cannot wait to see all of your new, enthusiastic faces this summer!
See you at camp!
Fran
