All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.

Activities

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.   The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

For more information on the golf lessons at camp, please click here.

Golf: 2 recreational group lessons each week
Swimming: recreational swim time in the club’s pool each day
Arts & Crafts
Group Games
Fun with Foods
STEM Challenges

Wacky Wednesday

Every Wednesday at camp is a wacky one with a different festive theme – a true highlight of each week! Check out this summer’s Wacky Wednesday Calendar!

Thankful Thursday

We are excited to announce the return of Thankful Thursdays into our camp program! In true camp spirit, every Thursday campers will have the chance to give back to their community by working together on a simple, fun and rewarding community service project. Check out this summer’s Thankful Thursday Calendar!

Lunch & Snacks

The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.

Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp.   We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts.   Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts.   If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Packing List

KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Extra Snacks (Optional)
Face Mask (Optional): You are welcome to pack 2-3 face masks and a mask lanyard or necklace each day, if you so choose.

Full payment is due upon registration.  This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Cancellations & Refunds

All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at info@kecamps.com.  Cancellations made by July 11, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee).  After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.

Covid-19 Safety Policy

As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.

We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly!  We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Please find our 2021 Covid-19 Safety Policy here.

Meet Your Camp Director

Hello Campers and families!

My name is Tiffanie Kensok, and I am the new camp director at Oxbow Country Club! I currently work as a lunch supervisor at Centennial Elementary school in Fargo, ND, and I also substitute for different grades around the area, typically elementary schools. I recently finished my student teaching semester working in a first-grade classroom, which was such a great experience for me to be able to learn more about how to be a better educator!

I recently graduated from the University of North Dakota with my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I also earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Dakota State University in 2018. Throughout this next year, I will be continuing my education as I work towards my master’s degree in Reading Education. I hope to find a teaching position for the 2021-2022 school year and begin my teaching career, as I love to spend my time working with children!

I love teaching kids because I find their natural curiosities about the world fascinating, and I hope to be able to encourage this and inspire them to continue to learn more in my future career. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with my students and staff, learning more about them and their interests every day, and I also love how much I can learn from children! I believe that we can always keep learning, and children have so many great stories and life experiences to share.

In my free-time, I enjoy going for walks, doing hot yoga, cooking, and baking. I also love to relax by watching Netflix with my husband and snuggling with my cat, Penny. I am so excited to meet all of you and have a wonderful, fun-filled summer!

See you soon!

Tiffanie Kensok
