Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Hunt Valley Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp Hunt Valley in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Hunt Valley Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 5 - 12
All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:
Payments, Cancellations, Refunds
Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. So, you may add additional weeks as the summer goes on. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by June 20, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families!
My name is Sarah Tiburzi, your new camp director at Hunt Valley Country Club! I am beyond thrilled to spend the summer with you and I can’t wait to meet all of you!
I am a seventh-grade world history teacher at Hereford Middle School and am wrapping up my second year of teaching! I attended Towson University. In 2015, I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations. In 2019, I graduated with my master’s degree in Secondary Education Social Studies.
I enjoy spending time with my pit bull, Koda, and my boyfriend, Tyler. We love to go to Loch Raven Reservoir to hike the trails and go to our local park to play fetch! This past year, I have found a new passion for cooking! I also love to draw and paint landscapes and animals. My goal this summer is to get back into reading. I love reading about mysteries, science fiction, and historical fiction! Tyler and I would love to start traveling the world in the near future, hopefully starting with Iceland next summer!
I absolutely love teaching! After working in the corporate world for a few years, I realized I was meant to do more. I wanted to make a positive impact on the community and help younger people achieve their goals and feel valued! Once I started teaching, I knew it is what I was meant to do. I love all my kiddos! Working with younger people is fun and entertaining, as no day is ever the same! I love connecting with my students and they always make me laugh. I enjoy watching them learn and grow into more confident and kind young people. I want my students to not only learn something in history, but leave my classroom a better and more kind human being!
This summer, I am excited to get to know my campers and their parents! I am looking forward to an action-packed summer filled with team building, creativity, games, and tons of FUN!
I can’t wait to get this camp season started!
