Camp Sunset at Sunset Country Club offers an exciting summer camp experience for children in a beautiful setting. With the combination of outstanding facilities, an experienced director, and an energetic team of counselors, Camp Sunset is the place to be!
Camp Sunset is for campers ages 4 to 12.
2013 Dates and Rates
Camp Dates:
June 10 – July 19, Monday through Friday
*Camp will be closed the week of July 1.
The structured camp day begins at 9:00AM and ends at 3:00PM. Complimentary Before-Care begins at 8:00AM and complimentary After-Care ends at 4:00PM.

There is a one-time registration fee of $35 which includes two camp t-shirts for your child.
*We will be happy to offer a 10% Tuition Discount to those campers enrolled in all 5 weeks of camp. This discount will be credited back to your card after you sign up.
Supervision
With a maximum 10 to 1 camper to staff ratio, you can be confident that your child is fully supervised by a team of qualified professionals. We pride ourselves on hiring an all-adult staff, each of whom has a strong passion for working with children in a camp environment. It is the goal of our camp staff to make each and every camper feel welcome, safe and successful.
The hiring process for all staff includes two to three rounds of interviews, three reference checks, federal, state and local background checks and a staff orientation. Our staff members are CPR and First-Aid certified as well. You can be sure that your child’s director and counselors will be enthusiastic, creative, responsible and fun!
Camp Program
At Camp Sunset, your child will experience an array of exciting activities including, but not limited to, Arts & Crafts, Fun with Foods, Team Building, Group Games, Super Science Projects and Martial Arts. In addition, the club pros will provide campers with recreational golf instruction twice a week and tennis instruction four times per week. Campers will have approximately one hour of recreational swimming each day. The best part is that no two days at camp are exactly alike!

Lunch and Snacks
The club will provide a kid-friendly lunch to all campers daily. An afternoon snack will be included as well. If you prefer to pack your own lunch for you child, please do so in a cooler or backpack.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What to Wear and Pack
All campers will receive two camp t-shirts on their first day. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Campers should dress in comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.
Please do not wear flip-flops, sneakers with wheels or sandals. Children should pack a labeled swimsuit, towel, spray sunscreen and water bottle each day. You may also send your child with a labeled tennis racket and/or golf clubs. Extra equipment will be available at camp if your child does not bring these items. On the first day of camp, your director will provide you with a schedule for tennis and golf so that you can pack accordingly. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Having a bag or backpack to hold everything is a must!

Registration for Summer 2013 is now open and will continue until we are full. So, you may add additional weeks as the summer goes on. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. There is a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $35 which includes two camp t-shirts. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Please make sure you download and print the 2013 Parent Manual as this will provide specific information about your child’s camp.
Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at info@kecamps.com Cancellations made before June 9, 2013 will be refunded in full. After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
